Service Appointment Procedure
Upon arriving at Audi Richmond, we will conduct a walk around check of your vehicle and explain the service to be completed today. We will also install protective plastic covers on your seat, steering wheel, and gear selector.
We want to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible while we are taking care of your Audi. As such, we can provide you with alternate transportation which may be a Courtesy Vehicle, Richmond Centre Shuttle Service, Valet Service, or (if you’re headed out of town for a few days) a shuttle to Vancouver International Airport.
Vehicle Into Shop
Your vehicle will be looked after by one of our factory-certified Audi Technicians. They will do a full service diagnosis on your vehicle.
Update on Progress
We will contact you personally (via phone, email, or text) to provide you an update as to the status of your vehicle and any recommendations of repairs or services noted during inspection.
Washed & Vacuumed
Your car will look as excellent after your appointment as the day you drove it off our lot. We also fully sanitize all major touchpoints in the vehicle, including your key.
Your vehicle will be returned to you and we will provide you with a full explanation of work completed and will assist you to book your next scheduled maintenance appointment.
