Transportation is an essential service and we know that in uncertain times like these, with concerns around the COVID-19 (coronavirus), having the use of a vehicle for most of our clients is a necessity. For this reason, we have chosen to remain open to serve you.
Your health and safety is our top priority. To ensure the safest and easiest experience for you, we are offering door-to-door valet for both sales and service. This valet is COMPLIMENTARY for all Richmond residents, and a small fee applies for further distances. Please find pricing HERE.
After speaking with our sales team and finding a vehicle that fits your lifestyle, a member of our team will bring the vehicle to your home or work for an overnight test drive. Using a combination of remote messaging and online software we will arrange to finalize the transaction so you limit your physically interactions with anyone. We can also pick up your existing vehicle if you wish to trade it in.
Our valet staff all wear masks and gloves and will use protective seat and steering wheel covers. We also ensure that all frequently touched surfaces inside of our vehicles are disinfected regularly, and these same surfaces will be disinfected before delivering the vehicle to you.

A member of our team will travel to pick up your vehicle from your home or work and return it to you with the requested services completed. We will use a combination of remote messaging and payments so you won't have to physically interact with anyone.

This service valet is available for maintenance work, recalls, and certain types of diagnostics. Please call us to confirm your appointment, and to alert us of any safety or drivability concerns.

We want to share with you that we are, and always have been committed to providing clean and healthy spaces for our clients and team.
As part of maintaining these high standards, we have professional, full-time janitorial services and use a disinfectant that is a virucide and also effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria.
As an added precaution, we have instituted the following:

- Enhanced vehicle cleaning protocols with our client and loaner vehicles.
- Promoting everyday preventive behaviours with our team.
- Increased communications and reminders with our clients, employees and partners on important health and safety measures.
To help protect yourself and others, we kindly ask that anyone who is feeling sick to refrain from visiting us so that we can ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. The Public Health Agency of Canada is asking Canadians who have recently traveled through China, Iran or Italy to limit their contact with others for a period of 14 days. This means to self-isolate and stay at home.
